The thinking
Luxury travel sells an outcome — the feeling of a perfectly-handled trip — but the buying experience is usually the opposite: endless tabs, forms, and decision fatigue. Voya's bet is to make the planning feel as premium as the destination. You describe the trip you want, and an AI concierge composes it — places, stays, itinerary — in real time, like texting a very good travel agent who never sleeps.
How it's built
A conversational concierge on the Vercel AI SDK drives the experience, wrapped in a glass-morphism interface where motion does the selling. It's a full brand-through-to-product build on the Crystal design system — Firebase-backed, GSAP-choreographed, with a magnetic primary CTA. A marketing-grade front end that also does the core job.
