I don't ship one-off sites — I operate a production architecture. One Turborepo monorepo: a design-system core (Crystal) that themes Next.js and WordPress from a single token source, an agentic SDLC where AI build lanes run behind human-in-the-loop quality gates (AVOS), and the same Azure / Kubernetes / CI-CD spine in production. The architecture I pioneered at enterprise scale — running across every tier, from a personal empire to a Fortune 500.
